Central Ohio Beekeepers Association Mission
Our mission is to promote beekeeping and honey bees.
The Central Ohio Beekeepers Association is located in the heart of Ohio. Our meetings are held at the Franklin Park Conservatory, 1777 East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43203. We support the Ohio State Beekeepers Association, and our neighboring beekeeping associations.
We welcome visitors to our meetings held during the year on Wednesday evenings beginning at 6:15 pm during the months of: January, February, April, August, and October. COBA has a bee school for beginning beekeepers during the months of February and March, an Annual pancake Breakfast and plant swap in May, a family picnic in July and a banquet in November.
In addition to these events, COBA sponsors weekly activities in our BeeYard located on the Ohio State University Campus. These are held when weather permits on Tuesday evenings and on Saturday afternoons. See more about all these activities on our Web pages.
Hopefully you may decide to join with us to promote honey bees and the valuable work they do in our state and community. Our dues are $10.00 per year per family.
COBA would like to thank the following for supporting our organization in one way or another.
